Payments security
Payments by credit and debits cards are accomplished through electronic payments solution Assist
(www.assist.ru/eng/). ASSIST secure all payments by using SSL protocol when transferring confidential information from client
to the system server of ASSIST for further elaboration. Then the data is processed through private bank networks with the
highest security degree. The collection and processing of the received confidential data (card details, registration details,
etc.) is realized on the ASSIST servers and not on the UX Marathon website. Therefore the organizers of UX Marathon cannot
get access to customer’s personal and bank data. To protect the data from unauthorized access during transmission from
client to the ASSIST servers SSL 3.0 protocol is used, a server certificate (128 bit) issued by Thawte – a recognized
centre of issuing digital certificates.

Admission fees vary depending on the number of webinars you wish to attend. The more webinars you choose, the less each
of them costs you.
In case you decide to visit more webinars later, they won't be added to the previously bought package and will be calculated
as a different package.
This payment will appear as “UX MARATHON” on your credit card statement. The recipient of the payment is Limited

After you complete the registration and payment
You will receive a confirmation Email of successful registration and payment;
An Email with your unique link to the webinar page will be sent with the reminder one day before the webinar you registered
for.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To make cancellation and process refunds you need to send an email to info@uxmarathon.com with the subject Cancellation.
The cancellation deadline is 3 business days prior to the event date (October 19, 2011).
Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a service fee,
which is 6% of the sum paid.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event and do not cancel the registration
by the stated cancellation deadline.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and the Email used for the registration.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
